Encirc Beverages Hosts Successful Partnership Day

Encirc Beverages recently marked a significant milestone in the beverage industry with its inaugural Partnership Day, a groundbreaking event designed to unite leaders and partners from across its expansive supply chain and customer base.

Spearheaded by Managing Director Richard Lloyd, the event convened over 100 companies, including prominent industry players such as Smurfit Westrock, the Wine & Spirit Trade Association (WSTA), Diageo, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco.

Hosted at The Londoner in Leicester Square, London, the day served as a vital forum to explore the current state of the supply chain and beverage sectors, both of which are undergoing significant transformations. Key discussions centered around critical themes such as maximizing efficiency in operations, influencing evolving consumer trends, addressing pressing cost concerns, and, notably, advancing sustainability initiatives.

In a defining moment of the day, Encirc Beverages unveiled its Vivid Vision strategy. This ambitious new framework aims to enhance the company’s comprehensive offerings, promoting a more collaborative environment within the industry that benefits all stakeholders—suppliers, retailers, and consumers alike.

Reflecting on the event’s success, Richard Lloyd stated, “The Partnership Day gave us a great forum to speak with people from all aspects of the sector—suppliers, retailers, customers, and strategic partners—and to explore the focuses that really matter to businesses.” He emphasized the importance of collaboration, noting, “The day has been a resounding success and the feedback we’ve had on our Vivid Vision plan has been fantastic. I’m incredibly passionate about this strategy; the closer we work with our partners and the earlier we bring them into our plans, the more change we’ll be able to create.”

Miles Beale, Chief Executive of the WSTA and a presenter at the event, echoed Richard’s sentiments, highlighting the necessity for the beverage industry to come together in the face of evolving sustainability challenges. He remarked, “Encirc’s Partnership Day was a great opportunity for the beverage industry—and its supply chain partners—to meet and consider what needs to be achieved, including by working collaboratively. As an industry, we are well placed, well skilled, and well motivated to make significant progress towards Net Zero—with the support of our partners, including the government.”

The Partnership Day not only facilitated vital conversations among industry leaders but also paved the way for a future where collaboration becomes the cornerstone of progress. Encirc Beverages is committed to fostering these relationships, ensuring that the beverage industry can navigate the complexities of modern challenges while steering towards a sustainable and prosperous future.
