Sheerline Bespoke has opened a new purpose-built showroom at its Derbyshire manufacturing facility, designed to provide a more technical, immersive environment for customers, installers, and trade partners.
The showroom has been developed as part of Sheerline Bespoke’s next growth phase, with a focus on improving product understanding and supporting specification decisions. It presents the company’s S Series range in full-scale, built-up installations, allowing visitors to examine structural performance, detailing, and installation methods in a controlled setting.
Key systems on display include the S1 Roof Lantern, designed with slim aluminium sightlines and rapid-fit installation features; the S2 Conservatory Roof System, which focuses on thermal efficiency and modular configuration options; and the S3 Architectural Glazed Roof, which introduces enhanced load-bearing capacity and greater design flexibility for large-span architectural applications. The showroom also includes arched frame solutions, integrated ventilation via SheerVents®, and associated roof components to demonstrate complete system builds.
A defining feature of the facility is its integration within Sheerline’s vertically aligned production site. Visitors can observe aluminium extrusion, powder coating, machining, and fabrication processes before viewing the finished products. This end-to-end visibility is intended to highlight quality control, reduce specification risk, and demonstrate manufacturing consistency.
Chris Baron noted that the showroom enables deeper technical engagement, giving customers the ability to inspect connection details, glazing interfaces, and thermal performance features in person.
