Muratori Machines is hosting Muratori LAB Days 2026 from September 22 to 24 at its headquarters in the Republic of San Marino, bringing customers, partners and industry professionals together for three days of live machine demonstrations, software presentations and technical discussion.
The event is designed as a hands-on workshop rather than a conventional exhibition. Visitors can see Muratori’s equipment operating on real materials and applications, while discussing production requirements directly with the company’s technical and sales teams. The programme focuses particularly on automated processing solutions for façade and architectural applications, as well as doors, windows, interiors, hospitality and commercial projects.
A central part of the event is the Ranger CNC machine, where Muratori will demonstrate a series of applications across different materials. The programme includes the development of corners for ventilated façade panels, HPL cutting and finishing, fibre-cement cutting and aluminium nesting for door cladding. Additional demonstrations cover wood cabinet nesting and curved edge-bending, showing the machine’s application range beyond façade production.
The Alu Bender will form the second major machine demonstration area. Visitors will be able to see HPL and fibre-cement finishing, ACM and Interlock panel processing, as well as folding operations for honeycomb panels. These applications reflect the growing demand for flexible processing systems capable of handling different panel types and production requirements within architectural manufacturing. 
Muratori is also putting software integration at the centre of LAB Days through its partnership with Comintesa. One of the demonstrations will show how an architect’s DXF file can be transformed into a complete façade design. According to the event programme, the software automatically generates the façade structure, including fixings, together with three-dimensional unfolded panels in seconds.
This digital workflow is particularly relevant to façade manufacturers dealing with increasingly complex geometries and the need to connect design information with production. By combining software demonstrations with live machining, Muratori LAB Days places emphasis on the complete process rather than on individual machines alone.
The materials featured throughout the demonstrations include aluminium, HPL, fibre cement, composites, plasterboard, plastics and wood, highlighting the equipment’s suitability for multiple sectors. Applications presented during the event cover building façades, doors and windows, gyms, spas, hotels and office environments.
LAB Days runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day, with a lunch break and evening aperitif providing additional opportunities for visitors to meet Muratori’s team and other participants. The company is also providing hotel accommodation and daily transfers for registered customers and partners.
