Glaston Demonstrates Glass Processing Automation Live at glasstec 2026

Glass processing automation is taking centre stage at Glaston Corporation’s stand at glasstec 2026, where visitors can watch live demonstrations of technologies designed to improve production efficiency, precision and quality.

Under the motto “GLASS. AUTOMATED.”, Glaston is presenting solutions for glass tempering, lamination and insulating glass manufacturing at Hall 15, Booth A48–A49, from 20–23 October.

The live demonstrations include automated glass loading and batch optimisation for tempering production, the TPS® PRO’APPLICATOR for warm-edge spacer application, and MUNTIN’MASTER with collaborative robot assistance for automated muntin bar positioning. Each demonstration offers a practical look at how automation can reduce manual handling and deliver more consistent production results.

The exhibition also features a range of glass samples illustrating different processing capabilities, from ultra-thin glass and automotive windshields to laminated bullet-resistant glass up to 100 mm thick.

Beyond individual machines, Glaston is highlighting how connected processes and intelligent production control can help glass processors manage increasingly complex products while improving operational performance.

Visitors can experience the demonstrations throughout the day, with scheduled sessions running from 10:00 to 17:00.
