Ciner Glass has been operating in Turkey for over a decade. The company first acquired land in the Bozüyük Industrial Zone in 2011 to produce glass packaging products.

Ciner’s Turkish operational facility, named Park Cam, opened its first production line in 2013 and completed its second line in 2015. The company produces 1,000 tonnes of glass per day and owns 22 percent of the Turkish beverage market. Currently, a third furnace is under construction that will help take production capacity at the site to 1,500 tonnes of glass per day.

In the video, Candan Yokus explains how a team of 50 people in the Quality Control Department work together to ensure each glass bottle meets the quality standards expected by Ciner Glass’ customers. Candan also discusses the different challenges within the glass production process and how important it is to have a strong team at Ciner Glass that he can call a family to make sure they can work together to overcome any problems.
