China Glass 2026 officially opens today, April 7, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, marking the start of one of the most significant global events in the glass industry.
Running from April 7–10, this 35th edition brings together leading manufacturers, suppliers, and innovators from across the world. Recognised as a key international platform, the exhibition covers the entire glass industry chain, including production technologies, processing equipment, and advanced applications.
This year’s event spans approximately 90,000 square metres across seven exhibition halls, highlighting its scale and importance. It is expected to host hundreds of exhibitors from over 30 countries, showcasing innovations in areas such as smart manufacturing, energy-efficient glass, and automation technologies.
China Glass has long been considered a “barometer” of the global glass industry, highlighting emerging trends and fostering international collaboration. As the exhibition approaches its 40th anniversary, the 2026 edition further reinforces its role as a strategic hub for technological exchange and business development.
