Technical Description
The system is designed for the processing of double and triple glazing units, operating through a two-pass workflow that ensures efficient handling and consistent production performance. It supports a minimum glass size of 180 × 350 mm, allowing flexibility for smaller formats, while accommodating large panels depending on the configuration.
For the VL-1N version, the maximum glass size reaches 2,500 × 2,500 mm, whereas the VLA-35 configuration allows for larger dimensions up to 3,500 × 2,500 mm, offering increased adaptability for bigger façade or insulating glass applications. The maximum supported glass thickness for the VL-1N model is 52 mm, making it suitable for modern high-performance glazing requirements.
The system is designed for standard rectangular processing, meaning shape processing is not included, and staggered configurations are not supported. A vertical transport height of 520 mm ensures stable and controlled movement throughout the production cycle, contributing to reliable handling and operational efficiency.
Work management is configured with a left-to-right flow, allowing seamless integration into existing production lines and optimized workflow organisation. The equipment is finished in a marrone (dark chestnut) colour, giving it a distinctive industrial appearance while maintaining a professional aesthetic within the factory environment.
