DŽAM Implements Glass Façade for Limoplast Business and Production Facility

DŽAM d.o.o. is currently carrying out glass façade works on the Limoplast business and production facility, applying an insulated glazing configuration that combines solar protection, thermal performance, safety and contemporary aesthetics.

The specified glazing unit consists of an exterior 8 mm ESG Parsol Grey glass pane manufactured by Şişecam, providing a grey appearance alongside solar-control properties. The insulating cavity features an 18 mm spacer with Chromatech Ultra F warm-edge technology and argon gas filling, designed to improve thermal insulation and reduce heat loss at the edge of the glazing unit.

The interior pane comprises 4.4.1 laminated Low-E glass, combining safety characteristics with low-emissivity performance to help retain indoor heat.

The selected configuration brings together three important aspects of modern building envelopes: thermal insulation, occupant safety and architectural appearance. The use of a warm-edge spacer and argon-filled cavity complements the low-emissivity inner pane, while the grey exterior glass contributes to the building’s visual identity.

Based in Gradačac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, DŽAM d.o.o. specialises in glass processing and the production of insulating glass units for architectural and construction applications. The Limoplast project adds another example of the company’s involvement in commercial and industrial building glazing.
