M-Technologie has completed the façade and fenestration works at Hotel ORA, a project focused on contemporary architecture, extensive glazing and high technical performance.
The building features a Schüco FWS 50 façade system in a semi-structural configuration, creating clean architectural lines and large glazed surfaces. For pedestrian access, Schüco ADS 70.HI doors were installed, while the windows use the Schüco AWS 114.SI system, providing high thermal insulation and reliable performance.
The project also incorporates Schüco ASE 80.HI sliding doors, combining large opening dimensions with smooth operation, comfort and thermal performance.
The façade glazing consists of triple-glazed transparent units, with the exterior pane specified with an HD Silver Grey 32 HT coating. This combination provides a balance of transparency, thermal insulation and solar-performance characteristics while supporting the building’s contemporary appearance.
