Maltha Portugal, a key player in Renewi’s glass recycling operations, has been honoured with the PME Excelência Award, one of the most prestigious business accolades in Portugal. The award, presented by IAPMEI, the Portuguese Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation, was given in the presence of the Portuguese Prime Minister, recognising Maltha Portugal as one of the country’s top-performing companies.
The PME Excelência distinction is more than just an award; it is a symbol of excellence and reliability in the Portuguese business landscape. It highlights companies with outstanding financial stability, effective management, strong risk controls, and sustainable growth. Receiving this recognition enhances a company’s credibility with banks, suppliers, customers, and public authorities, often opening doors to new financing options and international business opportunities.
