The tool, now available on the company’s website, is designed specifically for trade users who want a faster, clearer and more accurate way to create and quote bespoke entrance doors.
The new platform follows the strong performance of the Residence Retail Door Designer, which has already helped homeowners visualise custom doors and generate enquiries for installers. With the Trade Designer, Universal shifts this capability directly into the hands of its professional customers.
According to Richard Hammond, Sales Director at Universal Trade Frames, the tool gives installers instant access to the full Residence Door range, making it easy to design, customise and request quotes in minutes. The system was developed together with The Residence Collection and creative agency Harrison Carloss, ensuring a streamlined digital experience with options for styles, colours, glass and hardware.
Hammond says the goal is simple: to give installers practical tools that support growth. “It’s intuitive, fast, and tailored for the trade,” he noted.
