Tiger Sky Tower, located in Dubai’s Business Bay district, is a residential skyscraper under development by Tiger Group. The tower will rise to 532 meters over 122 floors, positioning it among the tallest residential buildings in the world. Scheduled for completion in late 2028, the project reflects Dubai’s continued ambition in high-rise residential development.
The tower will feature a total of 849 residences, including one- to four-bedroom apartments and 18 exclusive penthouses. Units are designed with premium finishes and modern layouts, combining luxury living with functionality. Entry-level one-bedroom apartments start at approximately AED 2.2 million, with staged payment plans structured during construction and at handover.
Tiger Sky Tower is designed with a glass curtain exterior façade, giving the building a sleek, modern appearance while maximizing natural light for residents. Some reports describe the façade as having a gold-toned finish, enhancing its visual prominence in the Dubai skyline. The building uses a combination of monolithic wall materials and curtain wall glazing, reflecting contemporary high-rise construction practices for safety, energy efficiency, and aesthetics.
