Frameless Hardware Company (FHC) is expanding its presence in the Northeast with the acquisition of a new distribution facility in Teterboro, New Jersey.

The recently purchased property spans 120,000 square feet and holds LEED certification, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainable operations. Strategically positioned at 430 Industrial Avenue, the facility provides easy access to major transportation routes, including the New Jersey Turnpike, the George Washington Bridge, and the Lincoln Tunnel.

“This move into the Northeast marks a significant step forward for FHC,” said president and CEO Chris Hanstad.

The Teterboro facility will improve delivery speed, local inventory, and customer support, while providing a modern showroom and distribution hub that highlights our commitment to the glazing industry.

The facility will include a dedicated call center, 20 shipping and receiving docks, and an architectural showroom. Operations will be managed by George Principe, who joined FHC from C.R. Laurence, while regional accounts will be supported by vice president of sales Doug DeRusha.

FHC expects the Teterboro facility to be fully operational in early 2026, positioning the company for faster service and a stronger regional footprint.
