Big 5 Construct Kenya returns for its 8th edition at the Sarit Expo Centre, Nairobi, from 5–7 November 2025, driving growth in Kenya’s $20 billion construction market. Backed by a 4.5% GDP growth forecast and a 7.5% annual rise in construction activity, the event aligns with Vision 2030 and the national target of one million new housing units by 2027.
More than 150 exhibitors from over 20 countries, including Jaquar, Cleopatra Group, Framecad, Mapei, and Stanley Black & Decker, will showcase the latest technologies and solutions to over 9,000 professionals. Product sectors include interiors and finishes, MEP systems, HVACR, heavy machinery, concrete, metal and aluminium, and smart and solar technologies.

Flagship projects such as the Nairobi–Mombasa Usahihi Expressway and OrPower 22 Geothermal Plant continue to boost demand for modern building systems, skilled labour, and financing. According to Josine Heijmans, Senior Vice President at dmg events, the exhibition “connects decision-makers and innovators driving Kenya’s construction future.”
The event will also feature 25+ CPD-certified Big 5 Talks led by 45 regional and international experts, covering sustainability, digital transformation, engineering, and project management, cementing Big 5 Construct Kenya as East Africa’s premier platform for construction insight, innovation, and opportunity.
