RCN Solutions has released a detailed video showcasing its LIA – Laminating Integrated Automation, full automatic laminating machine. The system features four shelves, two independent laminating chambers, and an active laminating area of 2800×5100 millimetres. An overtop storage unit with two additional shelves and six RD CLEAN CONCEPT bags complete the setup, providing a clean, efficient, and high-capacity laminating workflow.
LIA is available in automatic and semi-automatic versions and can be customized in different sizes. It can also be combined with other RCN facilities, allowing flexible integration into production lines tailored to specific operational needs. The machine is designed for precision and high performance, ensuring consistent results for a wide range of laminating applications.
Equipped with RCN’s proprietary software, LIA offers diagnostic monitoring and remote control, meeting the requirements of Industry 5.0. Despite its advanced automation, the machine maintains low energy consumption, using only about 3% more electricity than its manual counterpart, making it a sustainable, efficient, and reliable solution for modern glass processing.
