Guardian Glass Launches SunGuard SNX 60+ Triple Silver Low-E Coated Glass

SunGuard SNX 60+

Guardian Glass has announced the North American launch of SunGuard SNX 60+, a triple silver low-E coated glass that sets a new benchmark in combining a crisp, neutral aesthetic with outstanding energy performance. The advanced triple silver coating ensures a consistently neutral reflected color from any viewing angle, while the glass maintains an impressively neutral transmitted color, allowing abundant natural daylight and highlighting the true colors of interior finishes and furnishings.

SunGuard SNX 60+ provides low external and internal light reflection, 14% and 15%, respectively supporting clear views and strong indoor-outdoor connections. Beyond aesthetics, the glass delivers superior solar control and thermal insulation, achieving 60% visible light transmission, an LSG ratio of 2.41, a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of 0.25, and a U-value of 0.29, helping reduce cooling loads and enhance occupant comfort while meeting stringent energy codes.

Available on multiple substrates, including Guardian Clear, CrystaClear™, UltraClear™, and Gray, CrystalGray, or Green tints, SunGuard SNX 60+ gives architects flexibility to tailor both performance and appearance. Offered in 6–12 mm thicknesses and super jumbo, jumbo, and split sizes, the product requires heat treatment by a Guardian Select™ Fabricator.

“SunGuard SNX 60+ offers unprecedented neutrality and energy performance,” says Suresh K. Devisetti, VP of Product at Guardian Glass. Explore its performance digitally with the Guardian Glass Visualizer or order a sample to experience it firsthand.
