Based in Neustadt, Germany, Stürtz employs over 350 people and generates around $76 million in annual revenue. The acquisition includes Stürtz’s production plant, real estate, machinery, intellectual property, software, brands, inventories, order backlog, and international subsidiaries. All employees will be retained to preserve technical know-how and ensure continuity.

Valter Caiumi, Chairperson and CEO of Voilàp, said the deal strengthens the Group’s ability to deliver intelligent, connected machines for modern factories. Stürtz will continue to operate as an independent brand within Voilàp, aligning with the Group’s long-term growth strategy and previous successful integrations, such as Elumatec.
