Cebrace, the largest flat glass producer in South America, has unveiled ATMOS, the continent’s first low-carbon flat glass, during the Glass South America 2025 trade fair in São Paulo.
ATMOS is manufactured with 70% recycled cullet and powered by 100% renewable electricity, reducing embodied carbon by up to 50% compared to conventional glass. This positions ATMOS as a benchmark for sustainable building materials in the region.

When combined with Cebrace Solar Control glass, ATMOS maximizes both energy savings and comfort performance, lowering cooling loads while extending the lifecycle value of buildings. The solution supports compliance with global green certifications, including LEED, AQUA-HQE, and WELL, making it especially attractive for large-scale architectural projects.
With ATMOS, Cebrace reinforces its role as a pioneer in circularity and climate-resilient design, setting a new standard for environmentally responsible glass production in South America.
