Arreda Vetro Bizzotto Elevates Glass Industry Standards with PUJOL 100 PVB+ Investment

Pujol 100 PBV+ technology

The glass industry is undergoing a transformation driven by innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. At the forefront is Arreda Vetro Bizzotto SRL, a respected Italian glass processor that recently invested in the PUJOL 100 PVB+ /2C–50×28 laminating system. This advanced system is part of a broader automation strategy that includes a tilting loading table, selective glass washer, and automatic assembly station, significantly boosting the company’s production capabilities.

PUJOL 100 PVB+: A Technological Benchmark

Since its debut in 2011, the PUJOL 100 PVB+ has become a benchmark in laminated glass technology. It supports all major interlayers: PVB, EVA, SGP, and AB-AR, without requiring complicated changeovers. The oven’s high flexibility, automation, and adaptability make it ideal for both high-volume and customized glass production.

Efficiency and Sustainability in Focus

A key advantage of the PUJOL 100 system is its exceptional energy efficiency, consuming up to 70% less energy than traditional autoclave systems. It also requires 90 kW of installed power, compared to 800 kW in conventional setups. The ability to work in a smaller footprint (40% less space) and eliminate high-maintenance components further reduces costs and environmental impact.

A Strategic Shift for the Industry

This is the first PUJOL 100 unit installed in Italy and the 75th globally, highlighting the growing demand for smarter, greener manufacturing solutions in the glass sector. With this move, Arreda Vetro Bizzotto aligns itself with a global trend: investing in automation, quality, and eco-conscious production to stay competitive.
