From 16–19 September 2025, Forel will present its latest flat glass processing technologies at Vitrum in Fiera Milano Rho, Hall 11 – Booth M01 S14. A global stage for innovation, Vitrum gives Forel the chance to showcase automation solutions developed under its “Made in Forel” philosophy, advancing performance in both industrial and residential applications.
A highlight will be Forel’s enhanced High-Tech insulating glass line, featuring a newly patented extrusion system for thermoplastic spacers over 20mm. This breakthrough, first revealed at Glasstec 2024, ensures spacer stability, minimizes deformation, and improves acoustic and thermal insulation. Also on display is a next-gen diagnostics tool, helping operators resolve electrical alarms faster, reducing downtime.
Vitrum 2025 will mark the debut of Forel’s latest vertical edge processing platform. Engineered for high-speed arrissing and grinding, the new machine integrates seamlessly into automated production lines, reducing cycle times while ensuring precision.
Forel’s innovative Sorting System for postproduction logistics will also take center stage. Designed to automate the unloading, sorting, and storage of sealed units, it features patented supports to prevent pane distortion, pushing plant performance toward full automation. 
Backed by eight recent patents, new production space, and the launch of Forel North Europe in Germany, Forel is expanding with purpose. Vitrum 2025 reinforces Forel’s position as a forward-thinking leader, committed to offering practical, transformative solutions for the evolving glass industry.
