The move sees Cross Rapids Capital LP, through an affiliate, complete an equity recapitalization of the company.
This strategic shift marks the departure of Prospect Partners, an investment firm that initially recapitalized All Glass in September 2016. During their eight-year tenure, Prospect Partners provided valuable guidance in bolstering the company’s infrastructure and team, contributing to All Glass’s growth into a prominent impact window platform.
